Kale Chip Recipe

Kale Chips
The easiest, most delicious kale chips ever
Equipment
- air fryer or oven
- 1 large bowl
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 4-6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or Herbamare seasoning
Instructions
- Wash kale thoroughly and remove tough middle rib
- Pat dry with paper towel or spin dry in a salad spinner
- In a large bowl, add kale, olive oil, nutritional yeast and sea salt
- Using clean hands, mix all of the ingredients ensuring that kale is well coated with oil and seasoning. Don't rush this step!
- Place kale on a parchment paper-lined tray or baking sheet in a single layer. Do not over crowd or it will not become crispy. You will have to cook kale in a few batches.
- Air fryer: 300 degrees F for 8 or 9 minutes
- Conventional oven: 300 degrees F until kale is crispy
