Kale Chips

The easiest, most delicious kale chips ever

Equipment

  • air fryer or oven
  • 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or Herbamare seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash kale thoroughly and remove tough middle rib
  • Pat dry with paper towel or spin dry in a salad spinner
  • In a large bowl, add kale, olive oil, nutritional yeast and sea salt
  • Using clean hands, mix all of the ingredients ensuring that kale is well coated with oil and seasoning. Don't rush this step!
  • Place kale on a parchment paper-lined tray or baking sheet in a single layer. Do not over crowd or it will not become crispy. You will have to cook kale in a few batches.
  • Air fryer: 300 degrees F for 8 or 9 minutes
  • Conventional oven: 300 degrees F until kale is crispy
