  • A year ago today I started on my Metabolic Balance journey. My goal was to lose 50 pounds within a year. I wondered at the time if this was unrealistic. But with the incredible science behind Metabolic Balance and the coaching and education from our amazing Kim, that 50 pounds was gone after 4 1/2 months. As great as that was, the bigger challenge was ahead. Would I be able to maintain my goal weight? Frequently Asked Questions

For the first 16 days (phases 1 & 2), yes—you’ll prepare separate meals. After that, reintegrating family meals and making the program sustainable and doable becomes a priority.

No. Everything on your plan can be found at regular grocery stores or local farmers’ markets.

Yes. You can work and manage normal daily responsibilities. I simply encourage clients to create a bit of breathing room during those 16 days of phase 1 & 2 – avoiding extra outings, travel, or major projects when possible.

Maybe. Phases 1 & 2 require you to prepare your own meals, and day one includes a thorough bowel cleanse. Let’s connect to see whether the timing works for you.

During phases 1 & 2 (16 days), you’ll follow the specific foods on your personalized plan. After that, the goal is to reintroduce all healthy foods in a sustainable way.

Yes. Metabolic Balance was designed as an anti-inflammatory program that helps stabilize insulin and blood sugar levels. Many clients follow it primarily for health – not weight loss.

Yes. I’ll refer you to a private lab for your blood work.
