Happy gut salad dressing

Family isn’t crazy about sauerkraut? This will change their mind. Creamy and delicious, this recipe includes 3 probiotic foods as well as tons of great enzymes that will make your gut happy also.

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ cup sauerkraut naturally fermented, unpasteurized
  • ¼ cup of plain milk kefir
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar raw, unpasteurized
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp raw honey to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt to taste
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • This recipe scales well; make a double batch and have enough for the whole week.
  • Keeps in the fridge for one to two weeks
